When I started Elite, I was in a transitional phase and had the choice of either returning to work or starting my own business. For the first time in a long time, I was seeing the hiring process through the lens of the job seeker and I was doing a LOT of headshaking over the amount of conflicting advice out there. That’s when it hit me that I have all the knowledge and expertise to confidently reapply for any job. I have rare insights into the industry and know exactly what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for.
A little spark ignited, and Elite was born.
Now, I work for and support the individual – no more big companies and HR teams. My team and I work to make the job application process less daunting for our clients.
